Hi, I'm Vicky
For years, I’ve been fortunate to learn from founders, mentors, clients, artists, professionals, and friends from very different walks of life.
Looking back, I realised the most valuable lessons I received rarely came from classrooms or presentations.
They came from conversations.
Sometimes with mentors who challenged my assumptions.
Sometimes with clients who generously shared their experiences.
Sometimes with strangers who offered a completely different way of seeing the world.
Those conversations shaped not only how I think, but also how I lead, build relationships, and move through life.
Without realising it, I found myself creating spaces where those conversations could happen for others too.
I invited clients to speak with my team.
I connected people who I believed could learn from one another.
I organised conversations simply because I thought someone might benefit from hearing another person's story.
Looking back, I wasn't building BOB yet.
I was simply following a belief that quietly shaped everything I did:
People shape people.
BOB is the natural continuation of that belief.
BOB isn't about building another community.
It's about intentionally creating the conditions where meaningful conversations, shared experiences, and different perspectives can continue shaping people long after they leave the room.
And if you've made it this far, thank you.
I hope we get to shape one another someday.
A few things I believe
Questions are often more powerful than answers.
Every discipline has something to teach.
Curiosity matters more than certainty.
Stories are gifts.
Relationships are long-term investments.
Everyone is still becoming.

I don’t have all the answers, and I hope I never pretend to.
The way I think, the things I believe, and the way BOB takes shape will continue to change as I meet people, hear new stories, and encounter perspectives I haven’t considered before.
That is part of the point.
BOB is being built from curiosity, not certainty. And I hope there will always be room here to learn, reconsider, and become something we couldn’t have imagined at the beginning.
